Gbajabiamila flanked by his wife as he emerges the House of Reps Speaker

Hon Femi Gbajabiamila has been elected Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives.

Gbajabiamila, who was accompanied by his wife, Salamatu, secured 283 votes to defeat his only challenger, Umar Bago, who garnered 76 votes
