THIS IS FOR YOUR URGENT ATTENTION AND YOUR NECESSARY ACTION /INVESTIGATION
I am Ikwue Eche James, a Funds Recovery and Forgery Detection Consultant to Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri an affiliated institution to the University of Nigeria Nsukka, for the past five years.
While on the job I recovered ovr 300 million Naira from fraudulent practices and also noticed several misconducts including but not limited to sales of degrees certificates and ghost workers which I informed the Provost of Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education owerri.
I noticed nothing was being done about these illegal activities, so I decided to write the principal college, University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) informing them of my observations. All efforts on my side to get the ball rolling on putting a halt to the abuse and spread of this academic virus which is being deposited to the society every year from the University of Nigeria (UNN) through their affiliated Institution Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri, (AIFCE) was ignored, hence prompted my decision to inform all relevant federal government authorities / institutions and agencies listed below on the above subject matter such as,
EFCC, ICPC, NUC, CODE OF CONDUCT BUREAU, MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, MINISTRY OF FINANCE , THE NATIONAL HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY, UPPER AND LOWER HOUSE and THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA MUHAMMAD BUHARI.
All the agencies / bodies listed above have been rightly informed on the heavy Racketeering / sales of Degree Certificates to individuals who never saw the four walls of an institution by one of our most prestigious tertiary institutions in Nigeria, The University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) through their affiliated institution, Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri.
This case has been reported over two months and no investigation what so ever has been carried out to bring this academic genocide to an end, I wonder why this Administration that promised to have ZERO tolerance for corruption at all levels is more interested in clamping down only corruption practices that has to do with financial proceeds and leaving the institutions responsible for the gross misconduct to thrive.
But it appears that the federal government agencies are trying to sweep this INHUMAN act under the carpet for reasons best known to them.
On this ground I will like to take it further this time by exposing one beneficiaries who possesses the virus. A Serving Civil Defense Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Who is allegedly a relative of the Registrar Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri. Mrs. A.N. Aguta.
This is Exceedingly Disgraceful and a Serious personal and Professional Indictment of gross misconduct and incompetence to the Vice Chancellor and the entire Management Staff of UNIVERSITY of Nigeria Nsukka, that a man who never saw the four walls of an institution, would be found worthy in learning and in character in the Brochure of University of Nigeria Nsukka.

It is deeply saddened that one saddled with the responsibility of maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct, etiquette and discipline is a major player in the racketeering of university Degree certificates in connivance with top level Management staff of Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri.
In view of this publication, I challenge the Management of UNN and their affiliated Institution AIFCE to you to prove me wrong by charging me to the LAW COURT and I will prove it in the eyes of the people that you and your entire management team has failed in the line of duty and you are directly or indirectly accountable for the academic genocide from 2013 till date.
This is a crime against all the citizens of the federal republic of Nigeria and a crime against humanity and the entire world at large, it is a matter of national concern on the integrity of all tertiary institutions in Nigeria and provides a strong justification for a nationwide investigation and sanitization campaign.
I Urge all Nigerians to continue to spread this ill doings committed by UNN and AIFCE until our voice is heard.

September 25, 2017 at 9:59 amThanks, for lending your voice to this cause. I was live on Nigeria info on Thursday 21st September 2017. I had a 2 hours section with dayor. I spoke about this same issue. I even narrated what happened at the public hearing in Abuja on the 20th of July 2017, where I informed the committee about the ongoing Degree Certificate Racketeering in UNN / alvan Ikoku federal college of Education owerri. I said that an institution which has sold more than 800 hundred illegal degree Certificates without being autonomous on it’s own, if it is made autonomous. Then it will be an industry of fake Degree Certificates. Instead of the committee to set up an investigative panel immediately. The tried to shut me up. The even tried to arrest me right inside the hall, but I resisted and became loud. I then ask the chairman if I was not intitled to my factual contribution. He now said if I want to remain here I should keep quiet.
What a country filled with Corruption and impunity thriving at its pick.
I don’t intend to give up on this fight against the sales of illegal Degree Certificates by one of our most prestigious tertiary institutions in Nigeria, The 2ND ranking in Nigeria and 23rd in Africa. The university of Nigeria Nsukka. This is a crime against all the citizens of the federal republic of Nigeria. It provides a strong justification for a nationwide investigation and sanitization campaign. #EnoughieEnough
